With accommodation for up to 6 guests, you'll find a king and a queen bedroom, and a third room with 2 single beds. The open-plan lounge and dining area flow effortlessly through large sliding doors to showcase breathtaking views of the ever-changing ocean. Just a few steps down from the lawn, you'll find direct access to a peaceful, safe swimming beach. We provide all linen and towels for your convenience. Free on-site parking is on a concrete area outside the shed. • The home is single level, with a slight step up to the indoors. • Watercraft - kayaks and standup paddle boards are available for guest use. • There are 2 cafes located in Toogoom within walking distance from the beach house. Toogoom also boasts a Pharmacy, Hairdresser and General Shop. • 10-15 minutes North is Burrum Heads, with a Tavern, Bowls Club, Foodworks, Service Station and more. • 10-15 minutes South is Craignish, with a Tavern, Golf Club, Foodworks, Pharmacy, Post Office and Take Away. • Toogoom is a 1.5 hour drive from Gympie, a 3.5 hour drive from Brisbane and 15-20 minutes from Hervey Bay.

A filter jug is provided or you can access rain water from the tank outside. • Music speaker and phone charger • Download entertainment before arrival (no Wi-Fi or internet). DVDs, boardgames, books and watercraft are available for guest use • A good book, paints or other hobbies What to Expect: Stunning Views & Serenity: Enjoy breathtaking scenery of the ever-changing ocean, as Moananui is absolute beachfront. Beach Access: Via stairs about 30 metres from the front door. Or walk along a grassy path to the beach. Features of the Home: Moananui is single level home, no stairs inside. It has 3 bedrooms – a king, a queen (has an ensuite) and 2 singles. 2 bathrooms – ensuite and bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet. Air Conditioning: The home has air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms and the open plan living area. Ceiling fans are in all rooms. Septic System: A septic system is in place, so only toilet paper should be flushed; use bins for other items. Cooking Facilities: Cook on an induction cooktop, oven, microwave or BBQ. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, fully stocked with crockery, utensils and some pantry items. A dishwasher is available. Linen: All linen is supplied. Laundry: A washing machine and dryer are for guest use. Bring own detergent. Mobile Reception: Phone reception is available, but you might find yourself tempted to disconnect and enjoy nature. Parking: Free parking on premises – on a concrete area located in front of shed. Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted outside only. Outdoor Living: Comfy recliners, outdoor table and chairs are provided. An outdoor shower is located at the side of the house. Water Craft: Kayaks and standup paddle boards are supplied and located in the shed. Safety: Smoke detectors are in all rooms, fire extinguisher, blanket and first aid kit.
