Claudine is a cosy, off-grid tiny home nestled high on the hill at The Avocado Tree Farm. The farm is an 80 acre, certified organic avocado farm, located in the Mary Valley, near the township of Amamoor.
The views over the Mary Valley, looking out to the Mountains of the Noosa Hinterland, are breath-taking and vast.
Enjoy peace, tranquility and solitude while sitting on the comfy couch on the deck. Watch spectacular sunrises over the mountains. Enjoy a warm fire in the firepit and gaze at the starry night sky. Claudine is a completely off-grid tiny home with solar power and gas for heating water.
Her kitchen is stocked with fridge/freezer, crockery, cooking utensils and a portable gas hob, BBQ or hot plate over the firepit for cooking. A herb garden with a range of culinary herbs is for guest use.
Sleeping is in a queen bed upstairs in the loft. There is a comfy couch located downstairs for an extra adult or 2 small children.
In the bathroom is a flushing toilet, a shower and a chub (a small bathtub at the bottom of the shower).
Claudine offers the opportunity to get away from it all, disconnect from a busy lifestyle and enjoy the beauty and magic of an organic avocado farm surroundings and spectacular views.

As you turn off the road, you drive past our neighbour's house, so please drive slowly.
Be aware that the drive way up to Claudine is steep in places, over gravel and grass roads. It is suitable for all vehicles. Please take extra caution in wet weather. We are nearby to assist if necessary.
There is a private deck with a comfy couch to appreciate the stunning views and sunrises. Be aware that access to the deck is via stairs and stairs also lead to the loft bed. Suitable for people with good mobility.
There is a firepit area with complimentary wood for you to use on cold nights. Please note this will not be available in very dry conditions or total fire ban periods.
Claudine is a 2 minute drive from Amamoor, in the Mary Valley. It is a 15 minute drive from Gympie, 45 minutes from Noosa and 2 hours from Brisbane.

What to Expect:
Stunning Views & Serenity: Enjoy breathtaking scenery and peaceful solitude.
Off-Grid Living: Claudine is entirely off-grid, with solar power for lights, fridge, power outlets and gas heating for water. Please be mindful of water and power use.
Water Supply: Fresh rain and creek water is used. It’s clean and drinkable, but you may opt to bring your own.
Cooking Facilities: Cook on a gas hob, BBQ or hot plate over the fire (no standard oven). Kitchen with fridge/freezer, crockery and utensils. Some pantry items also supplied.
Herb Garden: The culinary herbs in the garden are for guests to use.
Linen: All linen is supplied.
Sleeping: A queen bed in the loft (accessed via stairs) and a couch in the living area.
Bathroom: Flushing toilet, shower and chub (small bathtub at bottom of shower).
Septic System: A septic system is in place, so only toilet paper should be flushed; use bins for other items.
Mobile Reception: Excellent phone reception is available, but you might find yourself tempted to disconnect and enjoy nature.
Road Access: The tiny home is accessed via a steep (in places), gravelled farm road, suitable for all vehicles. We are nearby to assist if necessary.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted outside only.
Waste Management: Use the provided bins for general waste, recycling, 10c bottles, and food scraps. You’re welcome to take your bottles with you.
Fire Pit: Enjoy the fire pit with complimentary wood provided; availability may vary with dry conditions.
Safety Features: Fire alarm, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit.
Farm Environment: Located on a working farm, occasional vehicle and animal noise is expected.
Rural Setting: Be cautious while exploring the property. You might encounter critters or insects inside. We strive to keep the cabin spotless, but cannot control wildlife.
